The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and comforting. It was determined her condition was pretty bad and we could take her to the ER but there was no guarantee she would survive the procedure or even make it to the ER.. because she’d been in so much pain we decided to euthanize her. Everyone was so compassionate as I said goodbye to our sweet girl and they made sure she was comfortable during the process. They even offered to have her paw prints stamped as a keep sake for the kids. Highly recommend the Plymouth location for all your urgent care needs.
