Veterinary Urgent Care Center is proud to offer walk-in services 7 days a week in all of our locations. Accidents or illlness can happen when we least exepct it, so we offer you an opportunity to receive same-day care, especially when you can’t get into see your primary care veterinarian or when you don’t want to go to the emergency medical center for minor to moderate injuries and illness.

We offer our walk-in service as a drop-off service only, meaning you are not guaranteed an exam room for your visit. It’s a great option for those with busy schedules who need to run errands, drop the kids off at school or other activities, or who just need time for themselves. You can have the peace of mind knowing your pet is being treated like part of the family by a team of experienced veterinary professionals. 

Here’s how the process works!

• Bring your pet to any of our locations and visit the reception desk.
• Our receptionists will take your contact information and will coordinate with a technician to take your pet to our exam area.
• The veterinary technician will call you on your phone for a full medical history.
• Our veterinarian on-staff will do a full examination and will call you with care options and plans regarding your pet’s care.
• Our team will continue the pet’s visit based on your feedback and sign-off and will call you after the services are complete.
• Come back and pick up your pet and pick up any medications and speak to the team about any comments or concerns regarding at-home care for your pet.

Our teams are available to answer any questions via email or phone in case you need information following your visit. We can also provide any and all medical notes for your primary care veterinarian or insurance provider.

As an urgent care facility, we will prioritize the sickest pet first, so we please ask for your partnership and support as we aim to provide high-quality care to every pet who comes into our doors.
