Dr. Colleen Barrett is a 2018 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.  In 2019, she completed an additional year of concentrated, experiential learning as a rotating intern at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine where she focused on emergency/critical care, internal medicine, and surgery.  In 2020, she then completed an avian/exotic animal medicine and surgery specialty internship at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital – Tinton Falls, NJ.

Dr. Barrett takes pride in being a part of your pet’s healthcare team and enjoys making both your and your pet’s lives better.  Among many other focusses, Dr. Barrett emphasizes low stress visits, early prevention, personalized medicine, and quality of life/pain management.  Dr. Barrett is happy to see all creatures great and small – dogs, cats, small mammals, birds/poultry, reptiles, amphibians, fish, goats, pigs, and more!

Dr. Barret now calls Cape Cod home and lives with her husband, a tank of tropical fish, an orange tabby cat, and a lab-mix.  She enjoys (really) long walks, rowing, curling, and SCUBA.
