Megan has over 14 years of animal medicine experience, starting her career as a kennel attendant at the age of 16 she learned firsthand what it took to become a well-rounded Veterinary Nurse. Megan comes with experience not only in general practice medicine, but also has surgical and emergency skills that she has learned throughout her years working in animal medicine. Megan also brings a copious amount of knowledge about exotics, including husbandry, diets, and basic care. She loves being a Veterinary Nurse because she is able to show her compassion for animals through the skills she has acquired throughout her years.
When Megan’s not working you can usually find her hanging out with her many animals or enjoying time with friends and family. She recently purchased a home with her boyfriend Steven, which they share with their dog Hemi, two cats Winnie and Binx, as well as their two goats Fern and Willow. Megan also enjoys reading books and spending time outdoors with her pets.
